A villa with an outdoor pool surrounded by olive trees just minutes away from the sea: a perfect place for do and don'ts.

We are in a independent sea-view villa with a 42 sqm pool, gardens with relaxing areas and 5 rooms all renovated in 2024.

Each room has been carefully designed and has its own characteristics. All rooms have their own entrance, private bathroom and a private garden where you can relax and enjoy the sea view.

The swimming pool is available exclusively for our guests and heated in spring and fall. Our pool is closed from December to mid-March.

Here you can immerse yourself in the serenity of the surrounding nature, relax by the pool, discover the trails that start nearby, the beaches, the carruggi of Sestri Levante, and the beauty of Liguria.

Hiking trails begin near the Villa and they reach some breathtaking views landscapes, some of which can also be traveled on mountain bikes.

We are also wine producers in Cinque Terre, where we cultivate in the heroic terraced vineyard of Vernazza.

The historic center of Sestri Levante and beaches are 1.7 km from the Villa and can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or by car or bicycle in 5 minutes.

The train station is 1 km from the Villa (15 minutes on foot) and there are daily trains to Cinque Terre, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, and Genoa, Florence, and Milan.

The highway exit is 2.4 km away (5 minutes by car), and an outdoor parking for cars and motorcycles is available at the property.

Our breakfast is homemade, offering sweet and salty options. We offer alternatives for our guests who have allergies, intolerances and/or dietary restrictions. Please let us know before your arrival so that we can satisfy all your tastes.

We have an outdoor parking space available for our guests (maximum 1 car per room) with a charging station for electric vehicles.

Please note: to enjoy our peace and the sea view, from the Villa, you need to understand we are located on the beginning of a hill so if you are planning to reach us or move around by foot the last part of the street ( about 4oo meters) is uphill. Nothing extreme but keep it in mind :)
